ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.167 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found to be involved in immoral trafficking activities in the Kamadhenu Apartment owned by the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that the petitioner is the owner of the house in the said apartment and she is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the house. He would also submit that the petitioner has 12 previous case against her. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
