JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for appellant and respondent appeared.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, the issue between the parties is settled. Already both parties agreed for the compromise. Hence, a joint memo of compromise/settlement agreement was executed between them and the same is also produced before this Court. As per the terms of compromise, permanent alimony has also been paid. So, the marriage between the appellant and respondent is ordered to be dissolved. Accordingly, the divorce is granted. The joint memo of compromise/settlement agreement shall be forming part and parcel of this judgment. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
