This petition has been filed to submit a final report and charge-sheet in Crime No.152 of 2015 before the Judicial magistrate concerned within a time frame fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint on 20.01.2015 as against one Balaji for the alleged offence under sections 406 and 420 IPC on the allegation of job rocketing, but till date no action was taken on the F.I.R. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.152/2015 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
