This petition is filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the present Criminal Appeal before this Court against the judgement dated 07.02.2024 made in S.C.No.292 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram Allikulam, Chennai.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
