Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 relating to the entry of the names of the respondents 3 and 4 in the revenue records instead of the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.110/1D6 of Iveli Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District and quash the same and directing the respondents herein to forthwith restore the name of the petitioner herein in respect of the above mentioned Survey Number in the Revenue Records.
