The petition for clarification in the light of the letter dated 16.04.2002 bearing reference Letter (MS) No.34 issued by the Government of Tamilnadu, Labour and Employment (Q1) Department clarifying that children born out of void marriage are not entitled to appoint on compassionate ground cannot be entertained at this stage.

2.Therefore, the petition for clarification is dismissed.
