This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 837 days in filing the Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree dated 11.03.2021 and made in MACTOP.No.8140 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (In the Principal Special Judge, Special Court under E.C and NDPS Act, Chennai - 104).

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present in Court.

3. The learned Counsel for the second Respondent who is present in Court has no objection provided that claim of interest for the period of 837 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 837 days.
