This petition is filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.Poovendra Perumal, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.A.N.R.Jayapratap, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

The delay is 103 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 103 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and post the same for admission.
