This petition is filed to dispense with filing of certified copy of the decree and judgment dated 26.08.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1647 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, District Court, Tiruppur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.From the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that there is no reason given to dispense with filing of certified copy of the decree and judgment dated 26.08.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1647 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, District Court, Tiruppur.

4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner is directed to file the certified copy of the decree and judgment dated 26.08.2021 passed in M.C.O.P.No.1647 of 2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
