This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 08.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.17771 of in Crl.O.P.No.4632 of 2023, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e. on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
