ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Zeenath Begam @ Jeevavisali aged 18 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for production of the detenue.

2.The detenue is present before us. She denies the factum of the valid marriage. She is not inclined to have even conversation with the petitioner. She told us that she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is not in the illegal custody of anybody, she being a major, we do not find any reason to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
