O R D E R

The management of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Villupuram Division filed a writ petition in W.P.No.44564 of 2006 and challenging the award passed by the Inspector of Labour, Thiruvannamalai and this Court dismissed the writ petition on 12.03.2012. The contempt application is filed by the employee seeking implementation of the orders of this Court passed on 12.03.2012.

2.Mr.Paramasivadoss, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent informed this Court that the relief of regularization was already granted and as far as the payment of arrears is concerned. It is calculated as Rs.11,28,404/- and in view of the financial crunch, the management is willing and ready to settle the same by way of six installments.

3.In view of the above said submission, the respondents are directed to settle the entire arrears amount in six equal installments commencing from 1st December, 2017.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the employee made a submission that some other grievances are left out and in this regard the contempt petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy, if any, in accordance with law.

5.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
