This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.7143 of 2023 on 30.03.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
