It is the case of the petitioner that pursuant to the death of her husband, she along with other legal heirs have become the owners of the property in Survey No.25/1A to an extent of 0.625 hectares at Marantagalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District. Seeking measurement of the land and to fix the boundaries, the petitioner made three representations dated 24.07.2015, 28.07.2015 and 31.07.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 24.07.2015, 28.07.2015 and 31.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.2 to hear any third party, if so required.
