This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1652 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27083 of 2023, dated 09.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1652 of in Crl.O.P.No.27083 of 2023, dated 09.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
