This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 23.10.2015, the petitioner has not even given the date on which, the alleged incident taken place. That apart, proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has been initiated between the petitioner and the opposite party.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner. However, if the opposite parties try to evict the petitioner by unlawful means, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
