ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on basis of the complaint dated 06.11.2015 given by the petitioner.
2.In the petition it is stated that the petitioner is a practicing Advocate and one Sivagami who is residing near to his house introduced one Nagaraj who is working as a Manager in Agri World Private Limited Company and the said Nagaraj informed the petitioner that if any person deposits money in their company, at the time of maturity, they will be paid with interest in future by the company and further they will arrange education loan and housing loan to their children. It is further stated that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.50/- daily from 28.12.2013 to 27.05.2015 without any default totaling to a sum of Rs.25,650/- for the period of 18 months and at the end of the scheme when the petitioner asked for the money, the said Nagaraj was giving only evasive reasons and not returned the money. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 06.11.2015. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.670 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner which has been assigned C.S.R.No.670 of 2015 and to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
