Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.OP.No.11719 of 2020 on 06.08.2020 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m and 5.30 pm until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.OP.No.11719 of 2020 on 06.08.2020 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was granted bail on 06.08.2020 and after executing sureties the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is working as driver and also as a daily wages labour. Due to the said conditions imposed by this Court, he is unable to do his work, hence, seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.11719 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
