This criminal original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.99 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, the charge sheet has been taken on file as C.C.No.99 of 2010 and after completion of trial, judgment was pronounced on 20.12.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur.
