ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.307 of 2015 and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible more particularly within a period of three months before the trial court.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Aruljyothi, Prabha and Arumugham for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.307 of 2015 on 10.10.2015, till date there is no progress in the investigation and final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is under progress.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
