The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471,420 of IPC & Section 66D of the Information Technology Act and Section 3 read with Section 5 of Emblems & Name (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, in Crime No.03 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
