This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent based upon the fourth respondent proceedings dated 20.02.2023 and 27.03.2023 passed in Na.Ka.No.456/2023/F2 and to remove the illegal and unauthorised constructions made by fifth respondent in Town S.F.No.1844, total extent of 436 Sq.ft (26'x16'), Plot No.EWS-52, Ward No.4, Block No.33, Thamarai Nagar, Tiruvannamalai Town, Tiruvannamalai District by putting the steps and entrance and sunshade in the public street. 2 / 4

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent submitted that already action has been taken pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner against the fifth respondent on 20.02.2023 and 27.03.2023 by the Commissioner / fourth respondent. He further submitted that appropriate further action will be taken in pursuant to the notice issued by the fourth respondent.

2.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of after dispensing with the notice on the private respondent and by directing the official respondens to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after following due procedure as per law.
