ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner villager's to conduct the yearly festival of "Balayee Amman Temple" situated at Kasthuripatti Village, Varatharajapuram Post, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District under the direct supervision of the Respondents herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the representation of the writ petitioner has already been rejected and the same has been communicated.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, no further order is required and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.05.2019. The xerox copy of the above mentioned order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
