This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.13536 of in Crl.O.P.No.15483 of 2020 to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., Saturday of every Month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has not been complied by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
