ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2018, for the alleged offences punishable under Section POCSO Act 2012, in S.C.NO.407 of 2018, on the file of the Mahila Nethimantram,Chennai,seeks bail.

2. pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the trial court has submitted a report before this court. It is seen from the report that here is substantial progress in the trial and it is now at the stage of examination of the two Doctors and Investigating officers. Examination of all other witnesses have already been completed.

3. The court does not find any change of circumstances to ogrant bail to the petitioner and this court wants to ensure that the trial is completed as expeditiously as possible.
