ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent, the Inspector of Police, J-10, Semmanchery Police Station to file a final report in Crime No.1281 of 2015 under Section 173(2) of Criminal Procedure Code within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one Sundararajan for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.1281 of 2015 as early as on 28.04.2015, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
