(CR.NO.1072 OF 2012) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.01.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.831 of 2022 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m.,until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/A.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.831 of 2022 on 19.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
