3.The Sri Venkaateswara Dental College & Hospital, Rep. by its Principal, OMR near Navalur, Thalambur, Chennai 603 103. .. Respondents This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.Sanjay Ramaswami for Mr. K. Muthupandi is present.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the first respondent is present. This writ petition is for conducting the revaluation for the petitioner's two papers in the final order of examination held in August, 2011 of BDS Course (i.e) Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics and Periodontics.

2. Mr. Sanjay Ramaswami appearing for the first respondent, Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Rep. by its Controller of Examinations, who is only concerned respondent filed a letter stating that the above petitioner has appeared and passed her BDS final year subjects of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics and Periodontics in February 2012 examinations and obtained her Degree Certificate in the 25th Convocation held on 08.08.2013 by in-person category.

3. In view of the above letter, we hope that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the letter, the writ petition is closed. Award is passed accordingly.
