ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.05.2015.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on the allegation of land grabbing as against one N.Krishnasamraj on 03.05.2015, but till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the Chief Minister's Cell https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the complaint was forwarded to the second respondent and now the second respondent has summoned the petitioner for enquiry and enquiry is under progress.

4.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to expedite the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and to proceed further in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate for enquiry by producing all the necessary documents sought for by the second respondent.

6.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
