O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 02.07.2018 in WP No.16601 of 2013 has been complied with and consequential orders are passed, implementing the directions issued by this Court. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this contempt petition.

2. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
