PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.409/2017 before the competent Court. For Petitioner : Mr. N.Chinnaraj For Respondent : Ms.M.Prabhavathi Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.409/2017 before the competent Court at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.409/2017 for an offence punishable under Sections 143,294(b),323,324,506(1) of IPC on 29.09.2017, but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She requests to grant four weeks time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of .
