The petitioner being a senior citizen made a complaint on 17.06.2015 as per Rule 3 (Form-A) of the Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009, which is in the prescribed form. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the complaint with the respondent no.2, the said authority is directed to dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after getting appropriate report from the respondent no.3 as per rules.
