Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for entire records in memorandum in Ref.PU/Exam/E5/2017/425, dated 12.10.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, violative and against the Medical Council of India Regulations IV-13(10) and Pondicherry University Examination Regulations 2009-2010 and thereby directing the second respondent to grant four (4) marks as grace marks towards the petitioner's theory examination of Paediatrics in the III Professional Part II MBBS June 2017 Examinations as per Medical Council of India Regulations Chapter IV-13 (10) and Pondicherry University Examination Regulations 2009-2010.
