The matter is posted today under the caption for "Reporting Compliance". Mr.R.Neelakandan, Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 1254 of 2020, dated 10.02.2020 was modified by the Division Bench in W.A.No. 2366 of 2021 by an order dated 15.09.2021. A memo to that effect has also been filed by the learned Government counsel. This fact was also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition and taking note of the modified order passed by the Division Bench, this Contempt Petition is closed.
