(This case has been heard through video conference) This application has been filed to condone the delay of 494 days in re-presenting the written statement filed by the petitioners/defendants 3, 8 and 13 in TOS No.54 of 2016.

2. Having regard to the nature of the suit and the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this application is ordered.

3. In the meanwhile, the Registry is directed to verify the pending of the other applications and if so, list the matter along with other applications on 10.11.2020 for framing issues.
