This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 09.07.2016 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has given a complaint dated 09.07.2016 to the 1st respondent, police. The petitioner has made certain allegations against her son.

4. Taking into consideration all these aspects, this Court permits the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

containing the very same contents along with a copy of this order to the 2nd respondent Police. On receipt of such complaint, the 2nd respondent Police is directed to enquire and take action in accordance with law.
