O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the Order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7656 of 2022 in S.C.No.53 of 2022 on the file of the XX Additional City Civil Court Chennai by the learned Principal Session Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of granting bail, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders and he is complying with the said condition. He further submitted that due to his life threat, the petitioner seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditional Order.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in the Order dated 05.05.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7656 of 2022 in S.C.No.53 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders. 22.06.2022 vrc To,
