This petition has been preferred by the petitioners before this Court after invoking the proviso to Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is averred in the petition that with respect of land grabbing, the petitioners have lodged a complaint before the respondent on 14.07.2013. Since no action has been initiated, the present Criminal Original petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioners was closed, as with respect to the same property, a case was registered against the petitioners in Crime No.38 of 2011 as the petitioners have created forged documents and investigation in the case is pending before the second respondent.
