Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday on every month in Crl.M.P.NO.12286 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16811 of 2021 order dated 29.11.2021 pending on the file of respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.V.G.KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.12286 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16811 of 2021 on 29.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
