This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner complaint to the Commissioner of police, Greater Chennai in Reference Number NCL19008199 dated 25.01.2019 in a stipulated time period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy.
