This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition in Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7871 of 2022 by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai vide order dated 11.05.2022 in S.C.No.53 of 2022 on the file of XX Additional City Civil Court Chennai in Cr.No.344 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7871 of 2022 order dated 11.05.2022 on the file of XX Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai i.e., "6 (b) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "6 (b) the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required".

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
