This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2023. 1/4
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner purchased the property to an extent of 3321 sq.ft., later he sold to an extent of 2094 sq.ft., to the third respondent's wife and retained 1228 sq.ft., The third respondent's wife had settled the same to the third respondent. However, now, patta has been issued to the entire land in favour of the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 28.12.2023 with a request to cancel the patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since, no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the third respondent 2/4
and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
