(CRIME NO. 3 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting every Wednesday at 10.30 AM before respondent police until further orders imposed upon by this Hon'ble Court by an order made in Crl.OP.No.21258 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021 and pass such other suitable orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21258 of 2021 on 18.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders
