This Court, while disposing the Crl.O.P.No.16156 of 2024, vide order dated 22.07.2024, directed the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of the case in S.C.No.225 of 2017 within a period of three months. Now, the learned Sessions Judge seeks extension of time to dispose of the said case.
