This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioners herein to proceed with the appeal in place of the appellant/deceased in Crl.A.No.273 of 2017, who died on 04.08.2021. 2.

Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), entered appearance for the respondent and expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.
