..Respondents Arbitration Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to furnish security for the sum of Rs.1,99,111/- within a time fixed by this Court failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending initiation and disposal of arbitration proceedings between the Applicant and the Respondents and till enforcement of the award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Banki, Odisha and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission. This arbitration application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

On 16.11.2021, the learned counsel for the applicant sought time to get instructions for withdrawal of this application.

2. At his request, the matter was ordered to be listed on 23.11.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application may be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, Arbitration Application No.78 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
