O R D E R

When it is pointed out by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner cannot be aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the Trial Court in which notice has been ordered to the Third to Twelfth Respondents and the First and Second Respondents have been granted time for filing counter, the Learned Counsel sought to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and has made an endorsement as follows:- "The Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the C.R.P. With liberty to raise all issues before the Trial Court in I.D. And suit."

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that any of the decision taken by the Defendants pursuant to the proceedings challenged in the suit shall subject to the further orders to be passed in the proceedings in the Court below and this Court has not expressed any view on the rival contentions of the parties. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
