This petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.1884 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. When the matter is taken up consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the proceedings under section 145 Cr.P.C. is pending before the 2nd respondent and no question of quashing the F.I.R. would arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the 145 proceedings pending before the 2nd respondent.
