CR.NO.667/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem concerned in Crl.O.P.No. 10106 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 29.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10106 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10106 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 is extended till 11.07.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
