Seeking fixation of boundary in Survey No.402/6F2B1 situated at Old Gummudipoondi Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District with respect to the patta said to have been standing in the name of the petitioner, a representation was made on 30.06.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 30.06.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent no.2 shall hear any third party on semblance of interest while disposing of the said representation.
